The goal of this project was to design a fully functional pictogram system for a specialized publishing house. I chose mine to be about art and design.
The first step was to break down art into the most significant categories:
Design, photography, painting, cinema, music, architecture, sculpture.
The client needed a fully funcional pictogram system for his art specialized publisher, which would be placed in signs around the building for signaling, website for the different categories, and inside the magazines themselves to indicate what type of art does each article belong to.
